AromaTouch

Experience Wellness with the AromaTouch Technique

Developed by Dr. David K. Hill of doTERRA, the AromaTouch® Technique is a unique experience that combines human touch with the power of essential oils for total wellness. This 60-minute session promotes relaxation, resilience, and harmony, both emotionally and physically.

What to Expect in Your Session

Your journey is face down, receiving treatment on your back, neck, scalp, ears, and feet. During this time, we apply eight carefully selected doTERRA essential oils and blends:

  • Balance: A calming mix of spruce, ho wood, and frankincense.
  • Lavender: For deep relaxation and comfort.
  • Tea Tree: Transitioning you into a supportive state with its herbaceous aroma.
  • On Guard: A blend of orange, clove, and cinnamon for fortification.
  • AromaTouch: A unique combination for tension relief and circulation.
  • Deep Blue: Providing soothing cool sensations.
  • Wild Orange: Energizing and uplifting.
  • Peppermint: For a crisp, invigorating finish.

Four Stages of AromaTouch

  1. Relaxing: Begin with oils that relax the body, preparing you for the full treatment.
  2. Supportive: Transition to oils that fortify and build resilience.
  3. Soothing: Focus on muscle relaxation and tension relief.
  4. Invigorating: Conclude with energizing oils to rejuvenate the body.

The Rhythmic Touch

Experience a systematic, rhythmic contact that aids relaxation. The session ends with a special focus on your feet, leaving you completely relaxed.

For a More Extensive Experience
